     You should not use windows xp now, it's outdated and Microsoft doesn't even provide security updates for it anymore.

    Also windows xp doesn't provide more features than windows 10.

     

    Also you can compile the mods on Linux too, you don't need windows just for making mods.

    edit: when i tried to download visual studio it didnt worked. now it works...strange

    @Palpatine333 Windows 7 might be end support at 14th january 2020 for his various reason. (Only 5 days left.)

    So, if it will happen then? really? it's might be outdated. soon in 22th or something.

     

    EDIT1: Or so.. you have to move to it's Linux as possible. but i have Win 7 ultimate..

    @INFINITY-BOI & @Palpatine333 , if you don't move to linux, microsoft will be no longer have windows 7 like win 8, win 8.1 and win 10 at all, at point this. i noticed my favorte OS win XP was outdated for year.

     I am guessing that price will be more for people outside the U.S. due to currency exchange etc. Plus it won't be free for you, only businesses/school's.
