Correct way to report tags?

    Just report the save itself. I think I changed the report UI in 91.4 to say you can report comments and tags that way, but I can't remember.

    When looking at reports, we get a link to the original save as long as the user puts anything that looks like a save ID in the report. This lets me look at both tabs to determine if it is stolen. Then there are buttons / commands to unpublish or disable it with a default stolen from "save title" (id:XXXXXXX) by "save author" message.
    Also with the method I use to view reports, if the word tag/tags is in it it prints the tag list too.

    Reasons could be nice, but we do fake it well enough right now.
