Nah. DMND has been DMND since it was DMND.
I doubt they will change it. However, it shouldn't say "Diamond." in its description. Maybe if they put "Not quite diamond, but an indestructible element." instead.
Should clear things up slightly. After all, QRTZ is basically diamond in TPT.

I agree, the descriptions can be misleading

So why not just rename QRTZ to DMND and DMND to INDE (for INDestructable Element). Simples. *Tsk

quartz should stay the same
but dmnd should turn to inde and there should be a different dmnd that does not react to cold
