All string handling everywhere has been changed to support unicode. Please watch out for and report any bugs you see
Fix CLNE

This will at some point allow us to add translations to the game. The font format was updated to allow us to add characters in any ranges. We moved all the icons to the unicode private use area, and latin-1 / Cyrillic characters are being worked on (but not added in yet). Right now, we just want to make sure nothing was broken. All of the string handling was changed, so anything involving strings could be potentially broken. It seems very stable to me though.

Fix getting / setting Description with Lua elements API

Description still doesn't work with legacy API stuff tpt.el. I will fix this later, I did some refactoring of the elem. api which I can use to make the legacy API code simpler too.
There may be other Lua issues, report them if you see them. Issues like the icons in the script manager not working are not bugs, the script manager will just need to be updated to use the new icon location.
