Alright, so here is the scenario.

I have a luminous red "1" right of my conversation button. However, when I open the conversations, there is no unread mail. I cleared my browser's cache, and no dice.

Why is this/how do I get rid of it?

It only started recently.

Nope, it just remained there after I actually did recieve a new message. I don't know what I did, but it is gone now.
