Since the console can accept scripts in C.
I was thinking, can it for say read a script and the script has "b" as button and it'll do something?

First of all HarmonicFarts, I hope you're trolling, otherwise my IQ estimate of you dropped about 150 points. From 100. And frankly a "bind" command WOULD be nice. It could work like
bind button [file/{command_list}];
e.g. bind 'n' script.txt
OR
bind 'n' {
create fire 100,100
set temp fire 9000
}

IMO do away with the brackets, allow multiple commands to be executed on the same line by separating them with a semicolon.
