    Why should we delete peoples creations just because their low on votes? Saving space isn't a good enough reason.

    Deleting creations all the time at -15 isnt a good idea, but a that point the moderators should have a look a them to decide:
    1. whether they are appropriate for powder toy or meaningless.
    2. whether the creators invested time in them.
    3. whether or not they are stolen
    4. whether or not they should stay or be deleted.
