Lua scripts work on Android, but installing them is a bit difficult, because it's hard to access the data folder where you usually put scripts.
You can use script manager, which sort of works on Android, but it's definitely not designed for it. With this, you can download scripts from the script server. The new search functionality should help with finding the right script, I recommend searching for "android" if you do and installing both the line tool and stickman script.
