Saves created using the "Stacked Goo Animations" script are usually a violation of rule G6 against computer-generated saves. The script puts in significant effort to stack the animations, in a way that was nearly impossible by humans before. (before the publication of that script, I can only remember one significant goo animation save).

If the goo animation is created by that script and the sole focus of the save, then it's not allowed. If you aren't using that script, then you don't need to worry.
