Copy only DECO

This could be a new series of key commands, that would work alongside existing cut, paste, and copy commands.
The cut/copy/paste message at the bottom left would be changed accordingly, to: "Click and drag to specify an area to [copy/cut] ONLY DECO. (right click = cancel)".The pasted in DECO would look just like a normal paste (in the placement box) and can be moved around accordingly, but when placed, it would apply that DECO to the area clicked. Think of this like painting a specific area.
Key Binds:
- Cut is CTRL + X, while cutting only DECO would be CTRL + SHIFT + X
- Copy is CTRL + C, while copying only DECO would be CTRL + SHIFT + C
- Paste is CTRL + V, while pasting only DECO would be CTRL + SHIFT + V

Maybe we could have it copy only deco in the deco editor. It's been suggested many times, not sure why we haven't done it already.

I think it would be more confusing that way. We could have a different message when you do ctrl+c in the deco editor explaining that it only copies deco.
