Tptmp is unfortunately blocked in your country. There is some law there that blocks my hosting provider, so you're unable to connect to the server.
You were still able to download the tptmp script because I have it hosted on a different server.
Sometime in the future I'll move tptmp to this other server, and then it won't be blocked anymore.

It's not my problem if your country censors the internet to try to block a single app (telegram). The entire TPT website was blocked for almost a week when this first started. That wouldn't have been our responsibility either, because Russia blocked our entire hosting provider. We can't switch hosting providers just to avoid an unfair authoritarian censor.

Anyway, Russia blocks the hosting provider I use for the tpt multiplayer server. I tried asking support if they could give me a new IP, and they said they were unable to do that. That is why it's still blocked.

I *do* have another server I can use that isn't blocked, and intend to move it there. But I'm busy so haven't done it yet (I will do it when the next tptmp version comes out). It's still not my responsibility to move it, it's Russia's government's responsibility to remove the block.

I'm promising to do it at some point, but it's been months. I have other priorities, besides messing with tptmp which is very stable on the current server.
