    Since you're getting an error I personally added (:P), I know that you're using a more recent snapshot (168 or newer). Next time when reporting an issue, please tell us which version of TPT you're using on what operating system and, if the error seems to be HTTP-related, whether you use a proxy or not.

    That error basically means that TPT fails to encrypt its connection to powdertoy.co.uk, which can happen for a variety of reasons. It should normally only happen if the certificate on the server expires or similar, but seeing as nobody else is reporting the issue, that's probably not the case here. See the questions above.

     Try logging out from the game and then logging back in.

    @LBPHacker

    I got this error too.

    And did logging out and back in fix it?

    Weird >_> we only set the status code to 609 if we get a hard SSL error for libcurl... headers shouldn't affect that (which are used to send login stuff).

    By latest version, which version is that? Version 94.1 from the Download page?
    Version 94.1 doesn't have the error message you are describing. That was added in the current development builds. You may have downloaded one of these.

    Edit: ok, I see you are in fact using the snapshots, as I thought.

    What version of Windows are you using?

    Also, can we have a screenshot of the error message?

    Are updates the only web request that work?

    Can you try snapshot 173? It has more descriptive SSL error messages and will help us narrow down the problem.
