A bug with INSL ?

     Known phenomenon,not a bug.Insl behaves in different ways depending upon it's position in which it's placed between two conductors. i am exploiting this in my electronics from a long time now.

    Although it isn't mentioned in the wiki.

    I might make a save to demonstrate it so that it's easier to explain this.

    If it is fixed, it would have to be with a compatibility flag. It would break too many saves to change the behavior.

    SPRK checks the spot halfway between itself and what it wants to conduct to when looking for INSL. Depending on how exactly it calculates the "halfway" pixel, it functions differently depending on rotation. In order to properly fix it, it would need to sometimes check two halfway locations. Other times, it should check 0 (although this is up for debate, should it be able to slip through diagonally when there's an INSL on both sides?)
