A moderator on the game will show up with a blue name, a admin will show up gold. You will show up yellow on your own saves and posts here. User's will show up white, that's how you can detect a fake moderator, or not. Also the moderators have lives outside of TPT just like us.

Moderator = Green border around their post.

Developer = Dark Blue border around their post.

Admin = Baby Blue border around his/her post.

You = Yellow border around your post.

There are no fake moderators. Which user are you referring to?

cracker1000 is not a moderator, and doesn't claim to be one. But he does know what the rules are so might tell you if you are breaking one.

@jacob2 is me, if you see a post by jacob2, assume it is me

I just told he or she how to detect a fake moderator/developer, I have never seen cracker1000 act like a moderator. Only when he's joking, besides that he never does. He just tells the user information that's informative or tells them it's against the rules.

I can kinda see the logic- Jacob1 is a moderator, whereas Jacob2 is an alt account. By that reasoning I could understand getting Cracker1000 confused with Cracker64, if that's what you're thinking?

It often violates rule S9. Full text of that rule:
"9. Avoid backseat moderating. Moderators are the ones who make the decisions. Users should refrain from threatening bans or possible results from breaking a rule. If there is a possible issue or you are unsure, we recommend reporting the issue through the 'Report' button or via the messaging system on the website."

But I haven't noticed any cases of this recently.

No i am not a mod and also don't confuse me with cracker64.

I don't know from where you got the idea that i am a mod.

Also putting unnecessary comments on someone is against the rules (section S 11 point 4)
