Did you unzip the file and start the unzipped file? Are you getting an error? If you can't open it after starting you computer, wait 10 or so minutes and see if it can start. You might not have enough ram in you computer. Show us a screenshot of task manager (if you have windows) under the performance section when you try to start tpt.
I said that because on my other laptop, you have to wait at least 10 minutes or so for it to load all of the pre-installed hp junk, and it also might have a kind of slow hd (300GB, sometimes crashes).
