TPTMP timeouts?

    the powder toy multiplayer always times out, i tried getting the latest version of jacob1s mod becuase i use that but i get so many time outs when i try to connect to TPTMP, any help?

    The server was down for a few hours last night. It has a very bad internet connection. Recently it's also been going down for 1-2 minute periods. I restarted the router and am hoping it will fix that.
