    So, now insl don't block activation of pstn? *sorry for stupid question*

    What save? INSL has never stopped PSTN (it's a bug but fixing it would break saves). It's probably some other problem, if I had a link to the save maybe I could see.

    Entering "!set ctype pstn insl" (excl. the "") into the console (bring that up by pressing tilde key usually next to the 1 key) should fix your problem.

     

    edit: (Assuming you use only insl to block pstn. Otherwise just draw over your pstns with insl (or whatever material you want to stop them with) such that the say PSTN (INSL). Or you could just set the max distance of pstn using tmp2 (set using prop tool). Read more in the wiki.
