I have collected some really cool suggestions for official powdertoy ( TPT ),,just give them a look.
1)Element name: WIFI 2 (electronics)
Short: WIF2
uses:More complex saves,no shortage of wifi,No need of using portals and many other benefits.

2)Element name:Lithium (electronics)
Short: LITH
Explaination: When charged by pscn its tmp/tmp2 increases.When connected with nscn,its tmp/tmp2 decreases and supplies sprk equal to its tmp and then becomes indestructible insulator.
uses: No need of batteries, more complex and compact electronics would be possible,Tons of uses, in reactors,etc

3)Naming stamps:
Don't you think it would be cool if we are able to name even the stamps?

4)Comment notification:
An notification so that we can check new comments.

5)Better coloured user interface:
The black and white menus are boring....

6)Electric glow:
Glows when sparked.Colour can be changed by its temp so that we don't have to use deco.

7)Permanent deco:
An option so that no one can disable deco on online saves.

8)Ability to restart tpt after rescanning.

I like the first and the third suggestion.
For the first suggestion, maybe increasing the 100 limit thing would be better, I wounder why it hasn't been increased yet.
For the seventh suggestion, I don't think it's helpful because some people might want to know how your save works.

1. Nice, but it could be simpler to make wifi with tmp2=1 invincible
2. Rechargable battery? Maybe not for offical... but certainly a mod!!
3. I'm pretty sure we can, although it's a little complicated. There should be a easier way.
4. I want a comment notification!!!
5. Jacob1 tried to change the colors, but it was very buggy (He released a white tpt)
6. This reminds me of NEON from my mod, which was just NBLE with a diffrent TMP2 to set it's color. Nice
7. Why? Sometimes we want deco... although it would elimate cheating but can cause troll saves.

1)Using portals is fine. Heck, all the channels of wifi we have is ample.
2)This has been suggested before, and I had even programmed a crude version of it for a mod that was never released years ago. I'm not sure if it will be added now since it has been rejected all this while, but I have nothing against it.
3)Not sure how this feature would work, but it will be an improvement.
4) I would like to see this.
5) TPT menus are as colorful as it gets. -_-
6)Useless because we have LCRY.
7)Nope.
So I basically like suggestions 4 & 3, but a unless @jacob1 likes it, it's not going to get implemented. -

1)We cant use portals in place of wifi bcoz you just simply cant send sprk to many ptro with just one or two prti .(The idea of changes to existing wifi is good though).
2)Lcry needs deco while elec glow changes colour by using temp like filt so no need of deco!.
3) Naming stamps would be good.
