What would this be used for? Are you trying to make some sort of screen? In general I wouldn't add a new feature unless it would be used very frequently.

Oops, looks like I skipped a release, and we're now at v1.9. But the subframe chipmaker mod is back with updates from 95.0, as well as a series of bug fixes. Thanks mecha-man!

    v1.8:

    • Merge changes in 94.1.
    • Add Lua timelapse feature.

    v1.9:

    • Merge changes in 95.0.
    • Fix stack tool pmap id bug.
    • Fix prop tool particle name recognition bug.
    • Extend config tool to TSNS/LSNS tmp2.
    • Fix pasting/stamping ID reordering bug.

The download from starcatcher (linked in the in game update button) for mac is broken. It downloads a file called MACOSX.ptu which I have no idea what to do with. Also neither the old nor new versions appear in Launchpad once they are placed in the Applications folder. This is really odd because all other Powdertoy mods do.

Could you describe the glitch in more detail? Specifically the exact sequence of actions that you performed, and what happened that was contrary to your expectations. I think the solution is to fix the glitch, not to add a new feature. If you just want a function to make particular stacked sequences, you could make a Lua script for that, or simply copy-paste.

Also, indicate if you have auto-reload enabled (that is, with "tpt.autoreload_enable(1)").

Using the CNFG tool on a large particle stack causes the game to crash.

The config tool crash bug is actually already fixed in the main branch, it just hasn't been released yet. I'll ask jacob to build a new release soon.

Sorry, I missed your earlier post. Is there any more detail you can provide? I need to be able to reproduce it on my computer to be able to figure out what's wrong. For example, it would help if you could tell me exactly what particles you had and what positions they were in when you stacked them.
