@Dramly_the_creater(View Post) When that GoL type appears out of nowhere, it's a sign of a glitch. We fixed most cases of this in prior versions. By any chance do you have exact steps to cause this to appear? The glitched GoL you see is "uninitialized" GoL, so no rule set, and so it defaults to every begin / stay value set.
@Jakav(View Post) Oh interesting. I'm surprised this hasn't been caught before, but there's not many places left that call create_part with arbitrary elements that don't already handle GoL.
I made a fix that should prevent this glitched white GoL from appearing at all, wherever there's code that creates GoL without handling the GoL ruleset Thanks for the report @Dramly_the_creater
@Tristen(View Post) A future version will probably have this, but for now, I don't plan any updates to the Android UI. In the future the Android codebase will see large changes, and that's when I'm looking to update the UI to implement some missing features.
@Tristen(View Post) Like I said, I don't plan this for now. In the future, I do, but that may be a long time from now.
If you can figure out how to install script manager, you could install the "Android QOL Enhancements" script to get a working line tool. It's by @Cracker1000 but I added support for fan walls into it. Android support for script manager is spotty though.
Edit: ok you edited your post but hopefully this one is still helpful.
