It's your internet, not actually the server's problem most of the time.

    FAQ:

This error is very general. It means that the Powder Toy cannot communicate with the server, usually because there is no internet connection, or the port used (port 80) has been intentionally blocked by an administrator. If you're trying to use the Powder Toy from within a corporate or school network, it is likely you'll need to use a proxy. Another known cause is Firewall or internet filtering software that runs on the computer (e.g Windows Live Family Safety), if this is the case, the relevant proxy settings need to be acquired, or the software disabled.

Yes, At most Australian Schools When you try to Log in on Powder Toy you cant because the dept. of Education has made a decision that means downloaded games will not connect to internet so it is Admiration of your computer who has made that decision

You could try setting a proxy, I think that out there on the Net there are some free and public ones.

As people above have said, it's your side of the internet. So why don't you 'Fix it please'?.

Ok, now I'm going to kick windows firewall's ass. My internet is perfectly fine, but the stupid ass firewall loves to not trust anything. Someone tell me how to open port 80?

At my school im one of the administrators my user has administrator privileges macquarry your probley wrong I would say your school is be hind a proxy or it cn not be downloaded at my school your can not download anything then run it so talk to your schoolos administrator and firewall should not block it if it does ask an administrator to unblock powder.exe
