C-4 Possible Update/Edit

    It has recently come to my attention that several members, including myself, would be much more satisfied with the element C-4 if it released high pressure. Not incredible pressure, but a significant amount. I don't think this would break many saves, as it's mainly just used in bombs and such, and this would just increase the damage they did. I was going to code this into my mod, but then I thought, "Maybe this should be official." Thoughts?
