Readme? Changelog? With bug report

    0. How come there's only one exe file (500K), we have a 1.16M exe file and 3M dll files before... and what does the README file do?(No ext file name) F1 in the game do not work

    1. Changelog of 47.3?

    2. Crash when ctrl+R or ctrl+shift+R (with stamp on the mouse, as what @cracker64 said), everytime.

    this should be in the 47.3 feedback thread,
    0. simon actually used static linking to include the dll's in the .exe, be glad.
    1. the readme is exactly what is says, a readme for the game, just open it with notepad.
    2. we know rotate tools crash (on windows only).

    just checked, jacksonmj did just push a fix for it. so yes (hopefully).
