Okay, so I have been learning how to convert Binary to Decimal and vice versa, but I am stuck in the early stages.

SOOOOO...... What next??? How do I use this? I understand that putting PSCN between one of the INWR lines and METL lines will let spark travel up if the spark started on an INWR input, but what is the purpose? How do I use this?

@snowfire777 I'm trying to make a very small Binary to Dec or Dec to Binary either one I just want to understand how the hell to do it. Remember, you were a n00b at one point in your life too.

@UBERNESS Never-mind I just got it, the inputs on right are Dec and output on bottom is binary, ok I get it now lol thanks.
