What does the green number mean?

In the save browser, on the lower-right-hand corner of a thumbnail, there's a little green circle with a number in it. What does this number mean? Clicking it just does the same as if I clicked the thumbnail.
BTW, notice the calendar icon, delete button, and green number I mentioned is on every thumbnail, even though I'm not an admin. Modded source code FTW! (Don't worry; the delete button only works if it's my own.) -
Pic does not load for me atm, but the green thing is the number of votes. If the circle looks messed up, then you have negative votes.
Also, if you look at your saves, the calendar thing will always be there, though there are random glitches where you see it for everybody. -

Thanks, but is the messed up circle (looks like a cylinder on its side, right?) a glitch? Like it displays a ( instead of a -?
Oh, and is that net votes (i.e. a 6 could mean 8 positive votes and 2 negative votes) or total votes (a 10 in that example)?
About the calendar icon, it always appeared on mine, but the fact that it appears on everyone's isn't a glitch for me. I modified the source code so it thinks I'm an admin. -
The green thing displays a net vote. When the downvotes are greater than the upvotes, the cylinder appears to be cut in half by a curved line.
