Embeding

I have done a bit of looking around, but it kinda confused me (lol). What i want to do is embed a creation in another creation of mine, and embed a creation on the TPT site. Please, any help would be great. thanks

To embed a save in a save make a sign then: {c:ID of save|Description}
To embed on the website
~ID of save
For example, ~ then 404 makes -
