Necroing is when you bump an old and dead thread that should not be bumped -That's what I think it means from what I heard-

NECRO-Very old thread is bumped without any purpose for the thread, or just if it is very old.

Necro comes from the word Necromancer which means they bring the dead back to life... If you are a Necroposter that means you find old threads and post useless information there. If it's useful information then your not necroing.
