powder toy will not download?

this is my first time that happen to me it says:download completed in:1 min,2 min,3 min,4 min and it goes to up on 4 hours!!! what is happening to me!!

Restart your computer when ever i tried too save something earlier and it clicked it off the game it could not download it. I restarted my computer and it downloaded. Just give it a shot. -
