cant open jacob1's mod on linux

    i just unzipped the file into a folder yet when i click on the executable it just wont open despite giving it permissions. are there any dependencies i have to download? i use arch btw.

    Known issue, it depends on libssl1.1 (which is old and probably not installed on your system). I may set it up for libssl3.0 sometime. But the mod is deprecated, which means it isn't supported and may be abandoned at some point. So I haven't prioritized fixing this.

    You can start it from the command line to see the error. You can also use 
    ldd Jacob1s\ Mod
    to check for dependency issues.
