    It is possible, fairly tricky though.

    And it would only be like an explosion sound played when something ignites. or when you use the pen to draw something.

    hmm... so no continuous "beep" when a speaker particle is powered?

    even if this idea is impracticable, I have just though that like every thing else thats coming out now, the speaker particle could be controlled by temperature (ie: pitch goes up when temp goes up), except perhaps it could be more of a continuous calibration, instead of of defined channels set by increments of 100°...

    That is actually quite a good idea, and quite simple as windows has a beep function built in.
