i deleted some saves of mine today, at least 5 idk, and i wanted to know if i would get banned for deleting many saves in the same day or its part of spam rule, or if the spam rule only applies to publishing and not unpublishing/deleting

Deleting saves does not count as spam, only uploading or updating saves.

Can you clarify a little? I don't understand what you're asking.

Basically, don't re-upload all your saves at once. If you want to update them all to add a link, don't do all of them in a day, spread it out a little.

if you search up kscale the azure measuring system K-scale appears, and it has many saves, the tests to measure power are unpublished, but the main save has a {c:id|save link} to them in the save and is published, would that get me banned?

The rule only applies to published saves, so linking to unpublished saves is fine. Just don't update the one published save too much.
