I looked into it. You deleted the save which makes it hard for me to check the comments. I think his original comment was a joke though, he wasn't trying to insult your save. In cases where you genuinely think someone is insulting you, you should try reporting your save, or PMing a moderator.

I don't have any advice to improve, especially since I can't see your original save anymore. But I suggest you keep making what you want, and don't let any comments get to you. I checked your profile, and at a glance your saves don't look bad. (this is already better than most saves).
