What OS are you using? Do other online features work like the save browser?
The SSL Cert looks fine to me so it seems to be something on your end. -

Which version of macOS? I have heard that older versions of macOS, such as 10.13 and below, have this issue.
Advice direct from @LBPHacker is
Can be fixed by downloading the latest bundle from here and replacing /etc/ssl/cert.pem with it
I also found this alternate guide that might be a bit safer, as it only adds the one certificate you need. But I haven't tested it so have no idea if it works, but I would try adding the root CA using this guide first:

Some Russian mobile ISPs are entirely blocked from the website, so they would be totally unable to report problems. But that only will affect the mobile version, realistically, anyone playing on PC will be fine.

That information doesn't really help, I want to know what version of macOS you are using. But it's probably 10.13. The only reason I can guess that is because other users on macOS 10.13 have the same issue.
The advice I gave will fix it, let me know once you have tried those steps. -
