Hello, I am running fedora on my computer and whenever I try and open saves it tells me it is from a newer version, but using both dnf and the internal updater don't seem to have anything to update, what's going on?
Running version 96.2

To install Powder Toy on Linux, the usual method is this:
Download the .zip from https://powdertoy.co.uk/Download.html and extract it to some location Open it and press ctrl+i to install it, which adds it to the start menu equivalent and adds all the file opening handlers
If you install TPT through unofficial methods like a fedora package, then you rely on whoever maintains that package to properly keep it up to date. I'm not sure who maintains it or who I would even contact about getting that up to date. You should uninstall that package before following the new steps. Also, the internal updater fails because it can't replace the binary, since it's installed to the system from your package manager. Package maintainers should compile the game with the update check turned off, but most don't.
