You have no tags. The likely reason is that a moderator clicked a button to delete them all. This button doesn't discriminate between acceptable and off-topic tags, they all get wiped. You can replace any tags that you feel follow the rules.

Here is a copy of the rule about tags, many people completely ignore the rule despite the in-game message. But we do enforce it:

"Do not place offtopic or inappropriate tags. Tags are only there to improve search results. They should generally only be one word descriptions of the save. Sentences or subjective tags may be deleted. Inappropriate or offensive tags will likely get you banned."
