That was happening to me too, but redownloading it using tpt.getscript(1, "autorun.lua", 1) fixed it.

All versions of script manager older than 3.11 will do this. To fix it you have to redownload it using the above command. This is due to a change from our ISP that is blocking all insecure http connections.
As an additional note since I've seen it come up, the script browser no longer works in TPT-Ultimata. You can't update it even with the above command, so you'll have to switch back to vanilla TPT to get scripts.
