Brush Scaling to Draw Not Working

    For some reason when I paint the brush size at 1, it puts 9 pixels instead of 1 on the canvas. Anyone know the solution?

    just in case you did not know the white area on the brush is part of the brush area and not an outline

    I don't understand what you mean. You'll need to describe the bug more clearly and the steps to reproduce. The cursor works fine, the shape it shows you when drawing is what actually gets drawn (excluding special modes like flood fill or line tool)
