If you see a save like this, you may report it, it's probably uploaded using a snapshot or mod that has features from the upcoming 97.0 version. There aren't great server-side controls to block these saves from being published.

There should probably be client-side controls on this too. In the past it wasn't a huge issue due to low adoption rates of the TPT Snapshots. But now there are a lot of users on Cracker1000's mod, and certain saves uploaded from there cannot be opened in vanilla TPT, due to changes we made to existing elements like GLAS and PIPE.
