Two questions about Project Geneva

Greetings. These are questions regarding my comic strip, Project Geneva.
Question 1. If I invented a gesture that corresponds to middle finger in our universe, but is based on a different concept, am I allowed to publish depictions of it?
Question 2. If I want to make an art of vixen (that is, anthropomorphic female fox) in closed non-explicit swimsuit to publish it as a part of New year special, am I allowed to publish it?

I'm going to make a suggestion that you avoid uploading art that is edgy and tries to skirt the lines of what is and isn't allowed. Your last save, while still published, got you into a bit of trouble after it was reported twice. I am pretty sure that doing #2 will cause more people to report your save, as it does skirt the rules of nsfw. I might allow it, but I haven't seen it yet so couldn't say for sure.
I didn't reply because I was very busy the last 3 days, but also I'm just hoping I won't have to keep answering about what is and isn't against the rules. If you think there's any possibility something you post might be against the rules, consider whether it's worth uploading, or whether TPT is the right medium for this. -
I have already lowered the amount of blood and violence in issue 14, and seems there won't be much of it in nearest times. As for the #2, as soon as I finish it, I'll send you the id, but I can assure you that it won't be worse than the Christmas Yoda.
