What error do you get when running TPT? Is it something like "There is no application installed for shared library flies"? (Please let me know the exact message). You may also have to extract it from the zip file first.

You should launch it once from the command line. After that, it will ask to install. If it doesn't, press ctrl+i. Once "installed", it will show up in your application launcher in the future.
