Add a way to stop elements becoming BHOL

    There should be an option either in the top right or simulation options to disable more than 5 layers becoming bhol, it could say " Extremely layered elements become BHOL (Lag Warning if turned off)" and be enabled by default

    This is an intentional feature to discourage stacking, and won't be an option.

    Place stacks on EHOLE, it works fine
