Ok, so I have been trying to start coding lua for tpt, but im not at that level yet. So I have been folowing this tutorial but have been confused for about this instruction for a few days:

Download Required Library.zip. Extract contents into project root (same level as the vsproject.py file).

You now need Python installed to run SCons and other scripts. Get Python .

What project root do i extract it to? And Where?

I might just be blind, but I am seriously confused.
