Disable Sand effect

    (Currently only avalible on tpt snapshot when this thread was made) When powdered silicon or lithium is placed, it has sand effect even though sand effect is disabled. maybe make it so that when disabling sand effect will make those doesn't have sand effect

    and maybe ROCK too

     Although it appears to be similar to sand effect yet It's different. Sand effect applies only to the powders, and is actually decoration based while for elements like ROCK, QRTZ, it's hard coded.

     

    The only way to turn it off, for now, is to set the .tmp2 property of ROCK (since rock uses .tmp2 for this grainy effect) to a same number (that is between 0 to 10).

     

    This also applies for elements like CRMC, CLST, etc.

    Also, please note that other elements might use properties other than .tmp2. See the source code for it.

     I just notice lith dont has sand effect when disabled, probably forgot. but how about SLCN? they're also powder
