Leave a report on the saves (one or more of them) and a moderator will look at it. We've already gotten reports on this user recently, specifically on those saves, so it seems they came back.

This has been resolved and won't happen again from this user. Please report more saves with any negative comments by this user that you want deleted. I spent a long time deleting comments, but I only focused on the ones made in the last two days (since the previous ban), and not the older ones, of which there are hundreds.

I see. I replied on that save to try defusing it. I could have deleted the comments but I wanted to leave your response as well. I would recommend not replying to comments like that though.

Getting involved can lead to issues (like flame wars). You don't want to be involved in a flame war, it could lead to restrictions on both your accounts depending on how it goes.

In some cases, your comments may be worse than the first user saying bad things, and then you would be the only one banned. For example:

This was an overreaction to the original comment. The original comment had no swearing or screaming, and no personal insults like "get a life". This is exactly why I recommend just staying silent and reporting saves.
