resolution breaking in linux

i installed the AUR power-toy package in arch linux, KDE plasma desktop enviroment, it works fine but there is a problem! fullscreen works just fine but when the change resolution (set optimal screen resolution) is enabled the screen completely breaks the resolution changes as expected however when i move my mouse cursor to any edge on the screen the interface (main screen) slides way back into desktop and well everything is broken... so later i disabled fullscreen and as expected i was stuck on a tiny resolution (720x680) so i go though the system settings and changed the resolution back into the default 1080x1064 resolution and fixed the problem. normal full-screen works fine , please fix the bug (or tell me how do i fix that issue)

I might need a bit more detail to fully understand the problem.

But what I can say is "Change Resolution" does change your screen resolution temporarily while you are in fullscreen, and resets it back when you exit. You seem to have bypassed this somehow, because when you were in fullscreen you were able to somehow move your mouse to the edge / corner (?) and get back to your desktop, before TPT could change the resolution back.

My recommendation would be .. don't do that, lol. Just stay in fullscreen, and when you exit your resolution will go back to normal. I do have KDE so could potentially test this, but I have the corner actions disabled.
