Can't access powdertoy.co.uk from work (probbaly a good thing) Help?

    Used to be able to get here from work, can't now.
    Does not appear to be on my end. (By 'my end' I mean the business as a whole.)

    Comparing the two you can see that from work the next destination is 109.203.96.132 which times out.

    I have full access to the firewall; nothing is blocked.
    Also boss does not care what I do on the computer as long as I get done what needs to be done.
