But I do want to say, I've been considering an option that makes it so only the user who uploaded the save is allowed to make tags. Maybe this is what you meant to suggest? -

I agree, you should be able what user makes a tag on your save!

That's sounds useful. If a user that did not create the save adds an irrelavent tag, the save's creator can read who created the tag and report the user in question.
