    i got bad alloc, what do i do

    Nothing, just restart. Bad alloc means TPT ran out of memory. This usually happens when it hits 2GB of ram (the limit for 32 bit applications). TPT should never use anywhere near this amount of RAM unless you edited powder.pref to increase the undo limit to a high number.

    but i have 4gb ram, is there an 64bit version of tpt

    No, but TPT 96.0 will be 64 bit when it releases.

    But if your TPT is using more than 2GB than something is wrong. It uses 200MB at most usually.

    e.g. something is using up so much memory on your computer that running TPT puts it over the limit. That or something weird has been modified.
