It's the highly controversial feature that lets literally anybody add tags to anyone's saves. You can remove these tags from your saves, or if they're particularly annoying or disturbing, you can report your save to get the attention of a moderator. There's absolutely no way to prevent addition of such tags other than by adding filler tags (which works because no save may have more than 10 tags, so it's a huge hack).
