Why do sparks "jump"?

    i recently noticed that placing 2 metals 1 pixel apart from each other and sparking one will result in both sparking at the same time. is there a way to fix it?

    Yes, that's intended behavior. To fix it, you could add some pixels of INSL between the two conductors, or increase the gap to 2 pixels.

    If you want to use a conductor that doesn't have that feature, you could use INST (which is sparked with PSCN and discharged with NSCN).
